The Double Room with Balcony and the Family Room with Bathroom are the two 25 m² rooms with a terrace and a view: the first sleeps up to three with a single and a double bed, the second has two single beds for two guests. The Large Double Room is 20 m² despite its name and has an inner courtyard view, while the Double Room with Extra Bed, at 25 m², has two single beds and a courtyard view too. The Budget Double or Twin Room, also 20 m², sleeps three with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. The rooms have flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, air conditioning, an electric kettle and a washing machine, and a shared kitchen is available for guests who want to cook. Laundry is offered on site, and ironing facilities are available.

Shared spaces include a sun terrace, a minimarket, an ATM and a lift, and the property has a private entrance and CCTV outside the building. Hypoallergenic bedding is available, and there is a designated smoking area as well as non-smoking rooms.

The Thánh đường Jamial Chợ Lớn mosque and the Church of St Joan of Arc are a short walk further on, and restaurants and cafés, including Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ and Steven Tea Coffee, are within 150 m.

The two nearest bus stations are Bến xe Quang Tỷ Sài Gòn, 1.2 km away, and Bến xe Chợ Lớn, 1.6 km away, both serving long-distance coaches. Saigon Railway Station, the city's main rail terminus, is 3.6 km away. Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the city's main airport, is 5.9 km away and lies in Tan Binh, north-west of the centre.

For a walk, the Công Viên Nước Đại Thế Giới water park is 300 m away and Xom Cui Market 850 m, while the Chợ Xã Tây and Chợ Ba Đình markets are close by for fresh food and everyday shopping. Other places of worship in the neighbourhood include the Nhà thờ An Bình church. For the wider city, the Fine Arts Museum is 4.1 km away and the War Remnants Museum 4.2 km, and Tao Dan Park offers a green space in the city.
